4 weeks before the event start date, approximately September 25th 2025.

We recommend avoiding Microsoft Edge where possible.

When you first sign in you will be prompted to check/update your details. If you want to update them later, please click on the ‘person’ icon in the top right corner of the screen and select ‘settings’. We strongly encourage you to add a photo of yourself. This needs to be 450x450 px or more.

Once the delegate list becomes available on the event platform (September 25th 2025), you will be able to send messages and connect with other delegates. You can search for particular delegates or companies using the filter function on the delegate list page.

Once the event platform has launched, you can navigate to the delegate list icon on the homepage where you will be able to view and message everyone in attendance. Unfortunately, due to GDPR regulations we are unable to provide a copy of the delegate list outside of the platform (including in excel format).

If you have any dietary requirements, please update your profile or email operations@exilegroup.com. Please kindly note, due to the nature of the catering we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Therefore, if you have a severe allergy we would kindly ask that you make yourself known to the hotel venue closer to the date of event and they can prepare separate meals.
